Adam has extensive experience in the exploitation of television IP, having sold the television shows Dynasty and Starsky and Hutch in Europe, and The Muppet Show as part of the first western multi media deal in the former USSR. Former MD of Guild TV, a subsidiary of Wembley Plc Entertainment (the largest film and TV distributor in the UK), running their TV-division and subsequently acted as consultant in the areas of using entertainment and new media to increase engagement for Fujisankei TV, Lew Grade Films, Capital Radio and Regents plc (owners of Walkabout and Jongleurs).

As a marketer, and consultant, Ally has worked with a number of agencies, technologists, and brands including Aviva, Vertu, Ted Baker, Liberty of London, Gio Goi, and Agent Provocateur. Ally was two years contracting with Dixons Retail and helped the tech powerhouse both restructure its online presence, and appeal to a younger audience. As a writer, he has been published at all levels of UK press – from locals to The Sun, the Economist, Guardian, and The Independent, and in magazines niche, trade and mainstream. Last year, he consulted with the UK Government on several whitepapers and wrote, himself, an article on the safety and preservation of building stock that was published in The Parliamentary Review of 2015.

After founding Dave Stewart Entertainment (DSE) he went on to create The Hospital Club with Microsoft Co-Founder Paul Allen. Other roles include: joint chairman of First Artist Bank, ambassador to the Bertelsmann Media Group, Spotify and joint founder of Talent House.

Martin has spent over 40 years working at the heart of British-based manufacturing, design and marketing for quality brands such as Dyson, Mars, Duracell, Toshiba and Pelikan. As Global CEO for Dyson for 15 years, they hit £1bn of revenue in 2011 in over 60 markets including the USA. In 2010 Martin was named UK Business Leader of the Year. Martin is currently Chairman of Equatex, The Learning Curve Group and Venture Founders alongside holding a number of Non-Executive Directorships. Additionally Martin is on the Board of Your Life, a campaign to ensure that young adults in the UK have the maths and science skills needed to succeed in the global economy.

Mark is a branding expert, innovator and the co-author of Punk Marketing: Get Off Your Ass and Join the Revolution (Harper Collins 2007) and The Business Playground: where Creativity and Commerce Collide (FT 2010). Over the past 20 years he has been a senior global marketer at Coca-Cola, run advertising agencies in the UK and US, been an adviser to both the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Al Gore’s Alliance for Climate Protection. Mark passionately believes in the power of ideas to make a positive difference in business and society.
A graduate of Central St. Martins, Charlie studied Graphic Design, Illustration and Photography, and has been a designer and Creative Director for nearly 20 years. She has worked with some of the world’s leading luxury and high street brands, including Cadburys, WHSmith, British Airways, Harrods, Swatch, Rip Curl, The Body Shop, Red Bull and Miller Harris.
